We are happy to confirm the dates for the 2024 Warbirds Over Flagler Event. 

 

When: Saturday March 23, 2024

              Sunday  March 24th, 2024

 

Where: South Side of Flagler Executive Airport off of Fin Way (same as last year’s event)

 

Vendor Applications will be accepted starting January 1st 2024. Please be sure to have all of your required permits, licenses, and insurance in order.

 

Watch for more information in the coming months.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

  • 10am Gates Open

    • All vendors and aircraft static displays are open/available

    • Music all-day

  • 12pm Opening ceremonies

    • Flag  Presentation

    • National Anthem

    • Open Remarks County Chair

    • Warbird Parade Flyby

  • 1pm – 6pm

    • RC Aircraft demonstrations

    • Warbird flybys

  • 6pm Gates Close

Vendor/Business Application

We are excited to announce that Warbirds Over Flagler is now accepting vendor applications for our upcoming event on March 23rd & 24th, 2024. This is a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their services to a large and engaged audience.

 

As a vendor at Warbirds Over Flagler, your business will have the opportunity to connect with local and surrounding communities. You'll be able to share your brand's story and build relationships with potential customers.  Perfect for businesses that want to set up a booth to showcase their services.
